I have just placed an order, when will it be dispatched? 

Thank you so much for your order. Our aim is to deliver items as quickly as possible. They will be dispatched and delivered between 2-4 working days for UK Mainland. For International Orders please read our Shipping Policy. 

Can I cancel/amend my order? 

If you need to cancel your order or amend the order then this must be completed within 24 hours of placing your order. If your order has been dispatched then you will need to refer to our Returns Policy for a refund. 

I entered my shipping address incorrectly, can this be amended? 

If you notice your shipping address is incorrect, then please contact us immediately so we can amend your details before dispatch. Unfortunately if it has already been dispatched we will not be responsible for any misplaced orders. 

What are your discount terms & conditions?

All offer codes are applied to the value of the order, excluding delivery costs and are subject to our general Terms and Conditions. The offer code must be entered in to the Voucher Code field on the basket page and applied for the discount to be deducted from the order. Unless stated discounts cannot be combined and only one offer can be applied to any order.  Offers can be amended or withdrawn at any time.
